Building Maintenance Unit Type 1 |
| |
Track-based standard building maintenance system suitable for use on building facades without major protrusions or recesses and with sufficient roof space to accommodate the track system as close as possible to the parapet or perimeter of the roof. |
Building Maintenance Unit Type 3 |
|
Trackless standard building maintenance system for use on roofs with a load bearing concrete runway. The building maintenance system uses large-size wheels with polyurethane tyres and does not require tracks. The roof unit moves independently on rubber-tyred contact rollers along the inside edge of the parapet. In special cases the roof car can be guided in conjunction with special rollers and a guide rail. |
Building Maintenance Unit Type 4 |
|
A crane type building maintenance system with a compact design, a central jib and rotating head. Particularly suitable in cases where medium to large reach is required because of terracing or roof obstacles. A rotating head on the end of the jib allows the cradle to always travel parallel to the façade of the building. For special requirements this building maintenance system is also available as a trackless version, depending on reach and track gauge. |
